FAQ's
Do you meet with people in-person or only online?
I offer both! For clients who are within a 10mile radius of Lambertville, MI, we can meet in person. All other coaching sessions will be online, until a location is acquired (See "Future Goals").
Why don't you use a booking service?
At this time, I offer health coaching sessions part-time only. So right now, it is easiest for me to keep my own book of appointments and work around the availability of my client and myself.
When is Payment Due?
For first time clients, I require 50% down prior to your 1st coaching session (this does not refer to your free consultation). The remaining balance is due after our 1st coaching session. You will have 7 days to pay the remaining balance once you receive your invoice. If the remaining balance is not paid, your protocols and plans will not be delivered.

For individual meeting sessions, payment is required within 5 days of the scheduled appointment.

For clients wishing to renew their coaching plan, the same circumstances apply as with firs time clients.

For customized plans other than those notated on the website, payment plans will be written up and agreed upon by both parties.
Do you offer other pricing plans?
Yes, depending on the situation and client need(s), a personalized pricing plan can be worked out.
Payment Options
I accept PayPal, Venmo, or cash- if meeting
in -person. FSA/HSA may possibly be used for any supplement suggestions, but you will need to check with your provider.
Which platform do you use for virtual sessions?
At this time, I use Skype via a unique link only sent to you. This is likely to change in the future, as I am exploring some other platform options with additional features.
